We worked with Dena when my wife’s job was transferred from San Francisco to the Phoenix area. Since we’re nearing retirement age and I’m an avid golfer we wanted something with a view on or near a golf course. We were also looking for a bank owned or short sale property to get the most house for our money. Dena helped us look at houses and write contracts for the better part of 11 months. During that time she wrote 15+ contracts and showed us over 75 different homes. We even had other realtors’ yelling at her as she aggressively pursued our interests. Short and Bank sales can be a long protracted process and during this process, several contracts fell through, because the sellers took the homes off the market, the homes had structural issues upon inspection or the short sale sellers took detrimental actions jeopardizing or elongating the sale process. Through all this she aggressively negotiated on our behalf with a “Take No Prisoners” attitude, with our interests in the forefront, with sellers’ agents and bank negotiators. Throughout the process Dena provided timely updates and valuable information to set our minds at ease while the short sale/bank owned wheels slowly turned. Dena has continued to provide additional information and services, “Post Purchase”, for putting the final purchased home in “Five-Star” order as we prepare to move my wife in. Would we use Dena again? The answer is, absolutely without hesitation or reservation.
